In 2013, I enlisted the help of a business coach to assist me in achieving my goal of earning $100,000 annually in real estate while maintaining a thriving business with a team. Throughout my journey, I have encountered enticing but expensive programs, costing up to $2,500 per month for coaching. However, I have come to realize that many of these programs rely on smoke and mirrors. Instead, I firmly believe in the enduring power of simple principles.
